Vera is the WNC Digital Teaching and Learning Consultant for NCDPI, a Google Certified Educator since 2014, and a 25+ year veteran of NC public schools- 3 years as Instructional assistant/ writing coach, 14 years as middle school ELA & SS teacher, 7 years as a digital learning specialist and 2 years with DPI. I will joined by my co-host, Amy Bennett, the NE Regional consultant and fellow Google Certified Trainer since 2020. Amy joined DPI this past spring after serving as the Director of Technology for Beufort County.
