I serve as the Northwest Region Virtual Instruction Consultant for the Rethink Education Initiative. I have 24 years of experience in education in a variety of roles and grade levels; however, the bulk of my teaching background is in English Language Arts. Currently, the Rethink Education team is working with educators across the state to "build capacity for blended instruction, develop digital content, and increase access to empower each educator, student, and family across North Carolina Public Schools."
