Dr. Ken Luterbach is an Associate Professor of Instructional Technology in the College of Education at East Carolina University. He teaches instructional integration and production courses. Dr. Luterbach studies computer applications for learning and performance and seeks to transform instructional development tools in order to foster widespread distribution of effective instructional apps throughout the world. Dr. Luterbach encourages the development of lessons that challenge students to innovate through design and development.
