Jill Thompson is a Partner at Education Elements. She is passionate about reimagining education and has held many roles in education from teacher to central office. She works with districts from around the country to solve their biggest challenges. Some of her work includes implementation of Strategic Planning, Responsive Practices, Personalized Learning, Teacher Recruitment/Retention and School Leadership Development. It brings her joy helping districts think differently about how schools and districts operate. Jill enjoys reading, spending time with family and trying new restaurants.
