Holly King is a former science educator who currently serves as the ITF in OBX, NC. She is a champion of using digital tools and technologies in the educational setting, and leads others to create and implement innovative classroom practices. Through professional development and an extensive educational network, Holly stays abreast of constantly evolving best practices in education, specifically in the areas of collaborative instructional coaching, personalized professional development, and strategies for gifted learners. Holly hopes to inspire educators to transform their learning spaces through the development of innovative instructional practices, ensuring that all students are challenged to communicate, critically think, problem solve, and create every day. Holly’s B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Master’s of Arts in Curriculum Design and Instructional Technology provide a unique combination of content, pedagogy, and innovation that drives her work.
