Using Accessibility Features, Apps, and Programs to Empower Learners with Special Learning Needs

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Participants will be introduced to a comprehensive list of available Accessibility Features built into operating systems on major device types including Chromebooks, iPads, and Windows devices. Participants will also learn about various Apps, Extensions, and Programs that meet the special learning needs of some students.

We will walk participants how to turn those features on, use them, introduce these tools to students, and potentially include into a larger goal in a students IEP/504/etc.

Participants will also engage with the content of the session by collectively crowdsourcing ideas through a padlet at various parts throughout the session.
