NC is home to so many talented educators! This session will allow participants to examine a model that uses online, blended, and face-to-face PD structures to support teacher and teacher assistant development. A planning process will be shared, allowing participants to create custom pathways that meet the needs of your school/district and include the options your teachers are seeking. Strategies for how to coach teachers throughout personalized PD experiences will also be explored. The session will include images with digital links to allow participants to visualize the growth opportunities for each level of CCS employee. Interviews of participants, excerpts of training sessions, and planning templates will be available for examination. Our district's Director of Professional Development, Innovation and Strategic Development Facilitator, and Beginning Teacher Coordinator will be available to share information, answer questions, and become thought partners for interested school leaders!
