We will be using various activities available in Nearpod to engage participants and encourage collaboration during the session. Activities used may include open-ended questions, collaboration boards, polls, and more. Participants will be learning about the approach and mindset we have taken to blended learning and how we have made it successful. Some topics include the use of outside curriculum, parent involvement, mastery-based learning, and asynchronous instruction. Granville Academy is a K-12 blended and online learning school that opened 3 years ago, prior to the Covid-19 pandemic.
