In this interactive NC Educator Effectiveness System (NCEES) session, participants gain knowledge about how their evaluation and professional development plans interconnect. Participants will understand the processes to locate and build professional development for growth that meets standards based goals and earns credits/certificates to apply towards licensure renewal, and print a CEU transcript record.
