Engaging and relevant professional learning is critical for transfer to classroom practices. Just as students need a variety of avenues for engaging in learning, teachers also need varied paths for accessing new knowledge. Innovative practices for facilitating professional learning will be shared. Leaders and coaches will experience different avenues and technology tools for facilitating professional learning, while learning best practices for leading adult learning in schools. In addition, participants will engage in reflection and collaboration during the session, modeling effective ways to lead adult learning.
