In this discussion-based session, participants will situate Culturally Responsive-Sustaining practices in a post-pandemic and sociopolitical context. This session is intended for administrators, coaches, and teacher-leaders fiercely committed to equity-centered practices in their school. Participants will dive deeply into the relationship between critical consciousness and student achievement, while addressing realities and challenges.
