One of the most important goals within a school is to build relationships with students, staff, and the community. But how do you do this in a virtual setting? Is it really possible when sometimes you do not even see your students on a daily basis? Yes it is! Our Surry Online Magnet School Trailblazers will introduce you to how they have built effective relationships within their online school. During their presentation, they will incorporate a variety of instructional tools and resources they use within their online instruction to model and demonstrate how they focus on and build relationships with their staff, students, and parents. You will leave this session with ideas and resources that you can implement tomorrow in both your face to face and virtual settings!
