I will actively involve participants through a preconceptions self-check (quiz), partner and group think activities, and mini-experiences with five types of Science/Reading integration lessons. Participants will read an online article and discuss Science applications, use Google Jamboard for a vocabulary activity, and evaluate an online lesson template to gain strategies that will not only engage students in Science content, but support literacy as well.
