Erica Williard is currently serving as the Director of Instructional Technology & Innovation for Cabarrus County Schools. She has served in this district for over twenty years as a classroom teacher, Instructional Technology Facilitator, and Digital Teaching and Learning Coordinator. Erica earned her Elementary Education degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds an M.Ed. of Instructional Technology from East Carolina University. She enjoys traveling, being in nature, and spending time with her family when she has free time.
