Elizabeth Joyce is the Senior Digital Learning Specialist for the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching (NCCAT). She helped develop NCCAT Online, which offers NC-licensed educators self-paced courses ranging from choice boards to project-based learning to social-emotional learning development via Canvas for professional development needs. Elizabeth is currently working with the NCRethinkEd blended learning team.
